This option is our base level of protection. Your non-vital/non-historical paper records and/or those kept less than 10 years, are stored on fire-sprinklered records shelving. The entire complex is temperature controlled, with fresh air forced ventilation and exhaust in warmer months, and heating when it’s cooler outside. This environment suits most general business records but environmentally-controlled vaults are available for vital and/or historical files.

Solid construction–our massive 750,000 square foot headquarters complex was built tough and was engineered to build and test heavy aircraft engines. Steel, brick and concrete was used throughout. When they say they don’t make them like they used to, they are talking about our buildings.
